The purpose of organizing such programme was to euip the teachers with the latest 21st century teaching methods and skills. Senior faculty from different schools attended this programme. Mr. Siddharth Deb attended this meeting. He organised a training workshop in the school in which 60 teachers were counseled and guided them about the latest methodology of teaching. He motivated the teachers to be the facilitator of learning so that they are able to put forward the teaching inputs in a promising way. |
